Recently, life and work have been a bit stressful, and I had a strange dream while sleeping at night, in which I felt as if I was hypnotized.
Although I have never experienced hypnosis in reality, and have only listened to some hypnosis recordings, a voice kept saying to me in my dream: relax, relax... Then I relaxed really quickly and felt especially comfortable.
Then every time I recalled the dream, my heart felt especially relaxed.
