Emotional Problems Self-Test: Am I Suffering from PTSD?

I've been experiencing some emotional distress lately, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm showing signs of PTSD.

So far, I seem to be on a pretty even keel, no major emotional ups and downs, normal behavior, haven't cried, don't smoke (never would have), alcohol is available but hasn't been touched lately, and I've put off tomorrow's party.

Emotional Problems Self-Test: Am I Suffering from PTSD?

Hello, owner, I'm Whale Social Worker Xiao Bei.

First of all, a warm hug to you, and very much understand how you feel. From your description, you don't seem to have any major problems at the moment. But why do we have self-doubt? Are there any specific symptoms that are occurring?

It's normal to feel anxious for a short period of time because of emotional issues. But if it hasn't adjusted after a few weeks or more, it may be something to keep an eye on. Different things take different amounts of time to recover, for example, small things can pass in two or three days, while serious trauma may take more than six months. If you've been relieved, it's advisable to talk to a professional counselor.

Best wishes~ (whale social worker 🐳)
